Will you spend money without asking?
Only within the spending limit you set. Anything above it waits for your approval.
Are cleaning and repairs included in your fee?
No. Vendor costs like cleaning, repairs and supplies are shown separately.
What about guest damage?
We photograph and document it the same day so you can decide on a platform claim. Claims are your call; we can't guarantee recovery.
Do you manage unlicensed short-term rentals?
