What we collect
When you email us or use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email, phone number, property area and type, listing link, and your message. The contact form does not store anything on this website; it prepares an email in your own email app.
If you become a client, we may also hold property access instructions, vendor contacts, and photos of the property taken during turnovers and maintenance.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, coordinate services you request, and keep records of work done at your property. We do not sell personal information.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies. The service-area map loads map tiles from CARTO and OpenStreetMap and a mapping library from cdnjs.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with cleaners, vendors, or contractors working on your property, such as access instructions and issue photos.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@vemianhost.com.
